Not the first time he threatened to do it. Stuff going on in his life. Sad but true. It's a shame he didn't get help for it.

It is sad he is gone but I want to say thank you Cathy for reminding people it wasn't his first time threatening to do it i've had several people try telling me i'm wrong even after showing proof it was true

Thanks, Brian. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news in this. Frank did it his way.

You're welcome while it is sad and hard to accept I would rather get the truth out

So much death and saddnes, leaving behind so much unfinished talent to share. The struggles and frustration with the truth are felt!

So true, Linda.

Cathy, any insight as to what was troubling him so much? He had a granddaughter on the way, lived on a ranch with horses, etc...
What were some of the reasons behind his depression?

I read a comment on TAT the other day that it was accidental suicide. Apparently Frank shot himself while cleaning his gun. There seems to be at least some truth to this. I just read on mstarz.com this quote from Richard "RJ" Bond, Franks friend and co-producer of Tupac Assassination, "I can tell you that it was not a suicide, it was an accident...Please stop speculating."

Comment by Greg Kading on May 2, 2013 at 4:06pm
Hey soldier. Technically, there is no such thing as an "accidental suicide". Police departments nor coroners use such language. It is either an accidental death or a suicide. Can't be both. If its ruled a suicide, then it was determined the act was intentional.
