Enough single Half Deezy

I dropped my new single "Enough" for my new album dropping September. Since I have posted it , I have a lot of great feedback and I am currently waiting for a "GO" or "NO GO" for it to be featured in a Comedy/Romantic movie. If you would like to take a listen and give me your opinion on the track let me know. The song can be found here at www.reverbnation.com/halfdeezy its the very first song. Peace and God bless! - Half DeezySee More

Is a manager worth it?

I ask myself this question all the time and I still don't have an answer.I have tried many a time to get someone to manage me as an artist and I have had ZERO luck. As a matter of fact the manager I did have never got me any work, isn't a manager supposed to do that so they can make some money too?Either way I had to let him go and I do it myself, don't get me wrong if someone wanted to manage me I would let them as long as they were legit. Not saying the guy I had wasn't legit but he was just…See More

My thoughts on hip hop

Good Morning first off an thanks for stopping in!I have been thinking a lot lately about the direction in Hip Hop is going in. Now I may be the only one who thinks this but I don't see hip hop really doing anything that hasn't been done. Besides the fact a lot of so called "Hip Hop" is not really hip hop at all.I know music evolves over time and that is just a natural occurrence in the world, but, we should try to get back to our roots a little. Most shit on the radio is the same thing over and…See More

Christmas service accidentally prints words to Tupac's ‘Hail Mary’ instead of carol

ONE of the largest Christmas Carol services in Sri Lanka has accidentally printed the lyrics to late rapper Tupac Shakur’s vitriolic banger, Hail Mary, instead of the traditional Catholic prayer.According to Pedestrian TV, the mishap occurred during a carol service at Colombo’s Nelum Pokuna, which was attended by thousands of people. The crowd opened their programmes to find possibly the world’s first recorded incident of the word “p*ssy” appearing in a Christmas service, along with expletives every second line.“I ain’t a killer, but don’t push me,” the lyrics go. “Revenge is like the sweetest joy next to gettin’ p*ssy.”The mistaken Hail Mary appeared in more than 1000 programmes for the event and images have gone viral across Sri Lankan Facebook. The…See More
