This seems really interesting!!

Greg...I am curious to see how it fits in with both you and derrick parkers books as well as Chuck Phillips story.

Comment by Greg Kading on September 19, 2012 at 1:40pm

Well, the way I see it, I cant find any disagreements among any of us. I haven't read Parkers book in a few years, but as far as Chuck and I, I think we can now say affirmatively what happened at the quad. We will have to wait to see what, if anything, Dexter KNOWS about Pac's murder.

P.S. I suspect someone is acting on Dexter's behalf to get his material onto this website. Typically prisons prohibit this kind of internet activity for inmates.

I agree, dont think you guys differ a whole bunch other than in slight details offered, but essentially everyone is pointing at ultimately the same things. Been meaning to go back a re read "Queens Reigns Supreme" by Ethan Brown again, as I recall he had some interesting perspective on Jimmy Henchmans relationship with pac. But I havent read it since I read your book and have been meaning to go back and look for zip, and possibly Dexter Isaac, etc. So I am curious where Walter "King Tut" Johnson plays into all of this, he was long presumed as the leader of the stick up crew at Quad, and there have been internet rumors floating around for years that he used to show off pac's chain around Brooklyn after the stick up. But his name has kinda been conspicuously absent from all of the more recent reports....but pac did refer to him on the song "Against All Odds" along with Jimmy Henchman and Haitian Jack.

yep. At this point the most reliable source on the quad incident is Isaac. Until he is proven wrong or caught in a lie, w should give him the benefit of the doubt. I just hope his animosity towards Henchmen doesn't cause him to exaggerate. I am interested in what he will say about Stretch. As you know he was murdered a year to the day after Pac. My source here in LA, whom I believe to be very reliable, affirms stretch was killed by Knob Johnson. Knob was Mob Piru associate of Suges and was in the entourage with Suge when Pac was killed. So it begs the question, "why would Knob kill Stretch unless it was retaliation for Tupac?"  Hopefully Isaac will shed some light on that.

Oops....my last post needs to be clarified. The "retaliation for Tupac" is meant to refer to the Quad shooting, not the murder.

This is surprising.  I never would have thought Dexter Isaac would write a book about what he knows.  I agree with Greg that it is highly probable someone is acting on Isaac's behalf in making these decisions about how to get the truth out.  Nonetheless, the whole process would involve Dexter Isaac's consent and active participation.  The fact that Dexter Isaac is involved in getting the truth of what he knows out to the world and is reaching out on this website, I think it definitely is brave as Tat Moderator said and I think it's great.

Does anyone know how to get a copy of this book? Is it even available yet?

At least we know Isacc is guilt-free! Next comes Diddy! Would Dexter Isaac be hinting at Diddy pulling the trigger since you know his quote said something along the lines of Diddy stop coming off as a clean man?

Photographer Danny Clinch speaks about working with Tupac (TRUTHABOUTTUPAC EXCLUSIVE)

"I only met him that one time. He was professional, he showed up on time. He came with no entourage, [just] one guy, like a handler of some sort. He [chimed] right in and said he was excited to take some pictures. He rolled a couple of blunts: that was how he worked. We got to work and he had a jacket that said "Thug Life" on it. I took some pictures where I put the jacket over the top of the table so you could read the words. He and I were talking and I said, 'Why don't you change your shirt? We'll try a different shirt so we have some options.' He took his shirt off to change and I saw all the tattoos. And I said, 'Oh man, those tattoos are awesone. What about we just do a couple where I could see your tattoos, with your shirt off?' He was very comfortable in front of the camera and really on point. He was really personable. I had a great time because of that."S/O to Analogue Gallery for sharing this story and their exclusive…See More
