Suge Knight Says Tupac Is Alive, Insults Puff Daddy

Suge Knight reveals that if Tupac Shakur was dead, arrests would have been made by now.

Former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight has again shared his belief that the late Tupac Shakur is not dead. TMZ caught up with Knight earlier this week outside of 1OAK as he proceeded to take part in a rant that touched on Tupac, Puff Daddy, why he thinks Pac is still alive, and more.

According to Knight, part of the reason why he believes Tupac is alive is because someone came forward to confess to shooting the rapper, but was never arrested. He also went on to call Puff Daddy a “bitch ass” and questioned why people would question his involvement in Tupac’s death when “every rat” says it was Puff who had the late rapper killed.

“One thing people gotta realize. It’s mothafuckas born and raised out here,” Knight said. “You supposed to respect the mothafuckas that live out here. Cause right now we got a lot of out-of-towners living out here and they ain’t said nothing about it. You’ll have a mothafucka walk down the street and say ‘Suge Knight killed Tupac.’ When everybody know off the top I ain’t the nigga that killed Tupac. I’m the nigga that protected Tupac.

“But at the same time bitch ass Puffy can get him a mothafuckin star and every rat in the world say he’s the one who killed Tupac, or had him shot,” he added. “You get what I mean? But if you noticed it was a rat on television saying he the one did the shooting. This happened, that happened, this happened, that happened, right? If you think about it, right? Why you think nobody been arrested if they said they the one killed Tupac…Because Tupac not dead. Tupac not dead, nigga. If he was dead they’d be arresting those dudes for murder. You know he somewhere smoking a Cuban cigar on an island somewhere.”

Knight also criticized what he referred to as “Hollywood rappers” and boasted on not being a snitch, during his rant.

“Everybody know one thing about me. I don’t care [about] any nigga in Hollywood, any nigga on the streets,” he said. “Especially Hollywood rappers. We get our paperwork and see what all we ever been arrested for. I guarantee you it’s never been nothing for me but straight real shit and violence…I ain’t never in my life told. You know, I’m the mothafucka when people ask me if I know who killed Tupac—and not saying Tupac’s dead or alive. I’m saying if they asked me if I know who killed Tupac, I’m the nigga that said ‘Aye, absolutely not.’ You know what I mean? I don’t get down like that.”

During an interview with Los Angeles radio station 93.5 KDay over two years ago, Knight expressed his belief that Tupac might not be dead due to the fact that no one saw his body and he was immediately cremated following his death.

“Maybe the question is Pac really not dead. Pac’s somewhere else,” Knight said. “I mean it’s the truth if you really look at it…Nobody seen Tupac dead. The thing is this the person who supposedly cremated Tupac, his mother wanted done quickly, he passed. So this guy got about three million dollars personally from me, cash. And next thing I know I never heard from the guy or seen him again.”

I don't understand what he is doing.  He implies that Puffy is responsible for 2pac's murder but then he says Pac's alive?  How does that even make sense?

I got a feeling he's been carrying secrets for so long that they are the only thing that he has anymore.  And they come out when hes drunk.  I wonder if he's becoming a liability to himself and to others.

Suge has been working on a couple of projects related to Pac in case you didn't know.  He's "promoting" his projects by implying Pac is not dead.  Suge is not that stupid (sort of), he's realizing by now might as well profit from Pac's death just like several individuals have already.

I'm interested in seeing what Suge plans on releasing. I wish when he was released from prison he would've came out with a positive attitude instead of still focusing on violence and intimidating people. I have to disagree with the people that says Suge had no involvement in Pac's murder. He had everything to do with Pac's murder. He knew that Puffy and biggie had ties to the crips and he used that as an opportunity to make it seems as if Puffy set this up. I believe the details of hit that Detective Kading stated, but I believe it was Suge that ordered that hit. I believe Reggie Wright was in on this as well. It's so many twist and turns in Pac's death I hope one day we will see this case solved. I remember at one time it came out that Chuck Phillip was on Suge's payroll, I wouldn't be surprise if him and Kading is working together. I believe Suge was behind the murders of both BIggie and PAC.

Lilly, brilliant move on Suge's part (have Pac and Big killed).  He ends up in prison, Death Row sinks and he's now broke (compared to Dre, Puff, Snoop, Jay-Z, etc.).  Wow!  Your theory makes a lot of sense.

He makes a lot of sense Pavan. Have you ever listened to the interviews of Reggie Wright? Suge went broke because of the lawsuit with Harry O. Suge did not provide the documents that the judge requested and the judge automatically ruled in Harry O's favor and that caused Suge to go broke. The chips didn't fall as Suge planned, he feel as if he's invincible. So who do you believe assassinated Tupac.... Puffy?

^^^ It makes a lot of sense

I for a long time would wonder and I still do, how Suge let everything fall apart.  His principles and his allegiance seems like it would only be to himself but if it truly were, he would be closer to Puffy's level if not higher.  If Suge and Dre had worked together and kept building together, Suge would have half of what Dre has now and will continue to get.  I think Suge really just got a kick out of power and abused it constantly.  He abused it so much that he probably didn't even care when he lost it, perhaps because he knew the type of person he was or is.

It's possible he still has principles and integrity that others don't because he must have made choices a long the way to associate himself with people that ultimately may have brought him down.  I don't know though.  The lawsuit circumstance certainly bankrupted him completely and forced him to lose his company and company name but he got sentenced way back in 96/97, so he made decisions to lose what he had back then.

People need to stop the Suge killed tupac theories.  Tupac could have easily not signed with Suge, 2pac knew what he was doing.
